Very formal interview format, the interviewees look very distant even in the way the sit in the room. They never sent a reply after the interview, I had to contact them to have the answer.

The questions were very HR related, like who are you in a team, how would your best friend describe you, what are you hobbies and these things. Apart from the common question related to work experience and the job.
