I showed up early to the interview, and there was no one at the office to greet me. I called and emailed the interviewers with no response. More than 40 minutes went by until I finally saw one the project managers walking around the building (I knew this because I googled the managers I was interviewing with prior to the interview), and I went up to him and introduced myself. He had no idea he was interviewing someone. I interviewed with the PM and then with the Assistant PM. There was no structure to the interview, barely asked questions, and I was frankly a bit bored. The position is no longer listed on the website, but I expected at least a courtesy call/email informing me of their decision. Overall, I expected more from this experience and from the company.
