They waited for me to get back to SF to start the interview process. 3 rounds of interview. I received an invite to the SF office. Was 1st interviewed by the office manager and an associate. Then invited to a second round, interviewed by an executive director. Then invited to a third round, interviewed by 2 managing partners.

Interview consisted of a aptiude test and then an online assessment centre which if passed would be an in person interview. The online interview was done on typical AI interview software.

One round of individual interview, takes about 20 mins, mainly about behaviour question, like why Cushman or walk me through your CV; And a 40 min technical test with data through excel.
