First round was on-campus recruiting with HR person. Found out a few weeks later that i made it to the superday round. Spent about 3-4 hours on a Friday meeting with different interviewers, then lunch with current associates.

Zero technical questions were asked, rather strong focus on personality and culture fit. Based upon initial campus interviews, followed by super days in cities across the country. The interview was more focused on getting to know the individual, as opposed to knowledge of the industry.
