I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (Mountain View, CA) in July 2014
Interview
It was pretty casual and I had 2 interviewers. One interviewer told me the details of the job description and asked me if I am still interested. Then continued to ask me the basic questions about my experience, my strengths and weaknesses. Both interviewers made great eye contact and we got along great. It didnt feel forced, it felt very much like a conversation. The whole process lasted about 30 minutes.

Interview
I was hired through a temp agency. The temp agency interviewed me and passed along the information to Cushman and Wakefield. After they reviewed the information the company offered the job to me and I accepted. The temp agency made me complete a Microsoft Office skills assessment to see where I would fit in with Cushman and Wakefield.
