The company HR recruiter asked a series of interview questions related to the job role through WhatsApp message instead of phone or video call. The next video call interview was setup with the so call "hiring manager" at my local evening time. The so call emotionless "hiring manager" greeted good afternoon instead of evening my time although the email interview invite sent by HR mentioned it's my local time. The "hiring manager" did not introduce himself and immediately started asking around 10 over sets of questions over 1 hour plus and ending the interview without saying anything about the job role or asking whether I have any question. Hence I have no chance to ask anything. A minute before the interview, the HR recruiter sent me a WhatsApp message asking on a interview question which I replied and asked wasn't the question covered in our previous interview with you or it should have been covered in the 2nd interview with the "hiring manager" which just ended? And I have not receive or hear anything back from this HR recruiter. It's a very "weird" job hiring process. 2.5 weeks after the 2nd interview, I did not hear anything from the company and they still continue to post the job position in another job portal.
