      Interview

Nice and smooth interview with 4 interviewers. Beautiful and quiet office, large window in the meeting room that introduce lot of sunlight, that was full of vitality. I felt that the colleagues relationship were very strong, which means the company culture is good.

      Brokerage Coordinator Interview

      7 Oct 2021

      Salt Lake City, UT
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (Salt Lake City, UT) in June 2021

      Interview

Applied online. Was contacted about a month after applying. Had an in person interview with a team of 3. The Executive Managing Director called me the next morning essentially asking me if I wanted the job (I said yes of course) and if I could come in for a second interview. Completed a second interview a few days later with an additional broker and the Director of Operations. I got a tour of the office and was told they'd be in touch. A few days later I sent a follow up email with no response. Then I get a notification my application had been withdrawn at my request (I did not). Never heard from them again. Would be a professional courtesy to simply let applicants know they were not moving forward with them. In retrospect, the job description was exaggerated and most candidates with technical degrees are overqualified. Dodged a bullet for sure.

      Question 1

How do you work with a team? What is my work style? Why real estate? Can you walk me through your resume?
