I had three recruiters contact me for the exact same role, with the same company, ask me the same questions and for my resume each time, all within a 4 month period. If that's not a clear lack of attention and organization I don't know what is. If you're a professional who values your time I wouldn't waste it dealing with this company.

Their template isn't worth going over, they copied and pasted it from somewhere else more than likely. They also asked me for my resume constantly so be sure they don't really look at or store that information anywhere in their system.
