Custom Computer Specialists interview questions

Basically they are trying to grasp your ability to identify problems. Basic windows troubleshooting questions. Interviewers work closely with the field techs and ask questions related to the job. Tone of the interview was friendly.

I drove into the office and when I arrived, I was brought into a private room. Then, one by one, I was interviewed by the supervisor of the Field Technicians, and 2 members of HR. There were no technical questions, just a lot of questions about my previous job experience. They seemed to mainly be checking if my technical background was legit and if I had the potential and drive to move forward in the company.
