      I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Customer Direct (Saint Ann, MO) in Mar 2016

      Interview

      The interview process was ok, everything was smooth sailing until you got to the training and from there everything goes down hill and lacked professionalism. As well as you will have a lot of inconsistency of trainers in the class room with you because they will claim they "have other work to get done" which ultimately leads to you not really understand what your supposed to be learning.
