Ghosted by recruiter after following up post assessment, poor process and comms from the org and no internal HR so don’t recommend to candidates looking for a stable company to build their career. Feels like scope creep in the function with overburdened team members in the RevOps chain.

Hiring manager, Team Lead, Team member, Head of department.
The team member interview is a cultural fit interview.
After that you'll typically get an offer for the role. No in person meeting required.

I was contacted through a LinkedIn message to arrange a first stage interview with a recruiter.
I had 4 follow up stages with different team members (including the hiring manager, customer success, CTO and engineering team). Turnaround for the process and feedback was very quick due to time constraints (within a few hours).
The offer was made which aligned with my expectations. My expectations were set during the initial first stage interview when the salary was disclosed.
