I applied via email and got a quick response to come in for an interview (they have high turnover, and always seem to be looking for new employees). You have a one on one interview with the food and beverage manager. Basically simple serving interview, asks about your past experience and why you would like to work at a golf club. Asks about availability. Usually get back to you within a week at most.

The interview process was very seamless and was about an hour. The interviewer was very nice respectable and easy to talk to. The interview was only about an hour and the questions were mostly about past experience and availability for the position.

Very easy interview. Does not require previous experience, was straight forward simply asked behavioral questions in a customer service industry, especially in a organization so focused on top service.
