First had a screening interview with HR, which I didn't pass and got ghosted, so I anyways wrote directly via LinkedIn to who would be my manager if I was to get the job. He then interviewed me, and it was there where I was able to explain why I was a good candidate for the company. Then I had another call with him in which he gave me some test homework. I delivered it and some months later got an offer. Great success.
