Consultancy firm or HR will directly call you for the interview there is only one HR who is taking interviews and finalizing the candidates. My interview was scheduled suddenly and took a step to take an interview. HR asked me questions about my profile and skills. He gave me a confirmation for the second round and asked me to come again on next day. I asked them, are you agree with my expectations? the HR Said "yes".Second round, I reached on exact time which was given by HR but I waited for 3-4 hrs for the manager. They HR even didn't know when he will reach office. " That time was hell for me that what I am doing here" After completing interview process the HR said he will release the offer letter by email. I confirmed about the package and details. He said he will give more details on another day. Next day he said they are looking for low budget candidates and will call you in 2-3 days.
The people are crap they don't know what they are looking for and what work they need from candidates. They wasted my time and money. The company is also providing false promises to their clients.
Please beware before you go for an interview in this company. They people don't value your time and skills. Finally, I also can say its big fraud company.
