Interview
I started with an initial internal recruiter zoom call and discussed the role. This was followed by a list of high level technical questions to answer. The recruiter said management was impressed with my answers and wanted to schedule a management interview with me, and that I'd receive a calendar invite soon. I never received the invite.
Upon emailing the recruiter, I received an email bounce-back stating that they were no longer with the company and to email a separate HR email address. Unfortunately the mentioned HR email address was INTERNAL ONLY.
After investing so much time in this interview process I was pretty disappointed. I reached out to the CyberArk company account on Linkedin and explained the situation. They apologized and stated that someone would get back to me asap. Nobody ever got back to me. I messaged the CyberArk account again and was completely ghosted. They never responded.
This is very unprofessional and a waste of my time. This HR/recruiting department should be embarrassed.

3. Have you previously performed support for Customers outside of an organization?
4. What have you done to be a better customer service representative?
5. Talk about a time when you were unable to help the customer with their problem – what was the issue and how did you handle the situation?
6. Could you describe your experience in communicating technical information to both non-technical and technical customers?
Yeah it is a good experience with the interviewer and also the company. He also streched the expect in a deep manner. They are quite polite and more friendly in nature.
