Was given a generous month long boot camp, but was provided no feedback or guidance during that time period. Was told my taped audition was “one the best” they’ve seen, but was not hired and was not given feedback as to why I was passed over. It felt very baited along.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Program and perform a ride to 3 songs. The lead instructor that assisted with taping the audition was awesome. But then the boot camp AFTER the audition and then being told I was not being hired, but given no additional coaching or credentials during the rigorous boot camp in the in between was just odd. Not everyone is a culture fit, but I hesitate to even assume that because I was provided no coaching and no feedback behind “you’re great!”
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CycleBar (Denver, CO)
Interview
Combination on in persons interview and on the bike audition. I felt super comfortable through the whole process. The interview portion was a stand q&a with management, team lead and fellow instructors.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CycleBar (Saint Louis, MO)
