Interview
Started with recruiter screening. Then moved to a screening with hiring manager. The screening asked procedural and Technical questions and lasted 30 minutes. You then move to an hour long Technical screening with two individuals in the position. You are asked a wide variety of technical questions and are really out to the test. This spans from procedural, to troubleshooting and scenarios.
I was referred by a previous coworker for this position. I essentially skipped what I would have assumed was a recruiter screen in leu of answering a few questions via email. I met with the Hiring Manager directly for my one and only interview. I have quite a bit of experience from a direct competitor and was interviewed by a manager who has only been at the company for about 3 months. It felt like a rushed interview, and it seemed like they didn't really recognize why industry-specific experience might be important but were more-so asking about processes. Overall not a bad process, but it was definitely rushed and not sure I got to speak with the right person.
