Everyone, including the recruiter and hiring manager, was very communicative and conversations felt very natural and comfortable. The process didn't feel transactional at all, which was great. The only downsides were that the overall hiring process is extremely long (5-6 rounds of interviews & tech assessments), with the last round being a design assessment related to their direct product.
The interview process was efficient and thoughtful. The recruiter (Erin K) was communicative. She followed up after every interview via phone to ask about my experience and provide some level of feedback. I thought the process was built well and designed to really hone in on the requirements and skills for the role.
