the interview is by phone, in that way they evaluate how is your voice by the phone and how understandable you can be in both languages and what is your level of professionalism also with English and the target language. With this interview they can have a clear-ish understand about how extensive is your vocabulary with the common words you can find in the phone calls

The recruiter was 7 minutes late. She told me about the job, asked me what sort of experience I have interpreting, etc. (you'll find the specific questions posted already). I had a good interview. She cut me short and ended the meeting while I said goodbye, no time for that!
