Phone screening went well. Was offered an onsite interview waited over a week and sent 3 emails with availability, to only be emailed stating that while waiting for my onsite interview date they decided to go with another candidate. Did not even give me the opportunity to interview after offering an onsite interview. Not a great hiring practices if you ask me.
