The interview process consists of two initial screening interviews with HR and the IT Manager, where we will discuss your background, technical experience, and overall fit for the role. If selected to move forward, the next stage will be an interview with the IT Director and Executive Administrator. During this round, you’ll discuss your IT experience more in depth with the IT Director, while also talking about team dynamics and company culture with the Executive Administrator. Afterward, you’ll reconnect with the IT Manager to address any remaining questions and discuss next steps
