One on one phone interview. Average interview, asked if I might be interested in a similar position they were creating at the time. Interview took about forty five minutes. Felt like I was qualified but they probably went with somebody more familiar with the position and company. Fair warning: It appears that the company is in no hurry to fill many of their open positions. Many seem to remain posted for months.
