Over 4 months for an online exercise meant for high schoolers and two virtual interviews with current admins dressed as if they going to high school (literally in tshirts with characters on them

First round was 30 mins with a team member; purely behavioural, but really digging deep into specific experiences (they want to see first-principles thinking). Following first round, I got a link to a 48 hour case study (needed to submit 2 pages); had two prompts to choose from, one related to DE Shaw, and one abstract one. Received my rejection shortly after submitting the case
