The interview was less of a conversation and included questioning in an aggressive tone, which is beyond the "behavioral interview" situation. While the national company, NVR, appears solid, this low velocity Illinois office is bare bones with few staff. The arrogance of the "VP" is memorable, especially with an unimpressive presence in the Illinois market.
