      Initial phone interview, light but technical. Next interview is more technical and in person. Basic physics and mechanics problems. You'll solve problems on white board and explain your past experience. You'll be asked questions about challenges you worked through.

      Fairly Technical interview process. First over the phone, basic concept checks and easy calculations. More technical in person interview, complicated calculations and concept checks. They want to make sure you are confident in your knowledge of engineering basics and math but the main thing they are looking for is potential.

      They asked a lot of questions about your back ground and application skills with regards to engineering. Hands on experience is worth a lot and they wanted to find out the depth of experience. Questions about manufacturing processes came up. Some questions about engineering scenarios came about and they wanted answers with explanations.
