The initial interview only took 15 minutes. The interviewer asked very basic questions, mostly about my resume. She gave a brief overview of the company and highlighted the structure of the work.
The second interview was much longer. During the hour and half interview, I was asked about my resume again, but walked through the company's background, the compensation package, as well as the advancement structure.

Interview
After being contacted by the hiring manager who reviewed my application on my colleges hiring board, I was invited for an initial interview to their office in Naperville. I really liked the office environment because it seemed professional yet fun and fast-paced. Everyone that worked there seemed really motivated and genuinely happy. I was invited for a second interview which was around 3 hours long where they took me out to lunch to explain more about the position. After sitting down with the last hiring manager who had a few questions for me, I was told I would receive a call as soon the decision had been made.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at D1 Consulting Group (Lisle, IL) in Oct 2012
Interview
Received a phone call from the HR consultant stating that she saw my résumé on careerbuilder.com. She told me a little about the company and gave me a website I can go to for more information. She asked whether I would be interested in their company and if I would come on for an interview. I said sure and went in the following Monday. The office was about 45 mins from my home. The building was easy to find. The receptionist was friendly and gave me an application to fill out which was very brief. I talked to a different woman versus the one from the phone. She was very approachable, charismatic, and friendly. The interview was very comfortable and laid back.
