I was invited via email to their Denver office for a 2.5 hr closed book written test. No phone interview. I walked out after 10 minutes because the test was a poorly written qualitative nightmare. They never asked to see any of my coding portfolio. When seating me for the 2.5 hour written test was I offered a bottle of water? No. Did they ask me to leave my cell phone at the entrance so I could not copy the test? Yes.
