Messy and not professional. The firm hired to do the initial screening was extremely pushy. They would only call me during my lunch and past 6 PM. I had many follow-up calls with someone speaking fast and extremely noisy background. Well, he repeated the questions but did not slow down! After a few days of answering questions, they asked me if I was available for an interview in person in a week. I notified him that I was leaving on vacation and would be back in two weeks. Guess what, In the middle of my vacation, I got many phone calls! I let it go to my voicemail but he wouldn't let up!!! I finally spoke to him and answered his questions again. Only to be told the next day the job salary had been cut by $10K! What a joke...I simply declined.
