I received a phone call fairly quickly after applying on Ziprecruiter. The first phone call was very brief and not very informational. First interview went very well, the manager on site was unprofessional in the forms of communication and the style. (She preferred to text me). After I had my first interview, I was still unsure of the type of relationship either I or the office, would have with the main products that were sold at large trade shows as she described it. Office admin pretty much means scheduling more interviews so the company could grow. For my second interview, I received an automated email with a link to do a background check, so I immediately began doing it after receiving the email. The link that I clicked on, needed a username and password. So I contacted customer support and they told me to get that information from my boss. I contacted her (through her preferred method of communication, text) and asked for that information she asked me to hold on, so I waited a few hours and asked her politely to find that information and she told me got tied up and will do it when she got home. My second interview was the next morning so I wanted to make sure I was prompt to complete everything. Next morning, (of my interview at 8:30am) I receive another text at 6:41 saying " Good morning!!! Can I have you shadow me tomorrow morning at 8:30? I have to run to the hospital this morning w my little sister :/" we reschedule the interview a few days out, then next day, they are having log in issues for the background check and she will send it when she can. Morning of my interview (at 8:30am), I receive another text, asking me to come in at 10 because someone is working on the phones. I arrive 5 min early, dressed professionally, and it is 25degrees. The door is locked, I contact the person who scheduled my initial interview, they told me she is in the office and was I sure I was at the correct place. I stand outside for 15 min and she pulls up in a dealership vehicle, not her own. Apologizing how her court time ran an hour late because her vehicle was in a bad accident when the office first opened. Second interview went very well, we even discussed her giving me a key and beginning orientation next business day. (Monday)
