I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DB Schenker (Philadelphia, PA) in Aug 2018
Interview
What a load of nonsense with these people.
First I did the application online, which was easy. Then about 2 weeks later I got a rejection email form one position I applied to (the one above) and one that was "still being considered" 3 days later I get another email asking to set up a phone interview for the position i was rejected from...I did the phone screen and was scheduled for an interview at a location. I was confused why I was going through all of this since they rejected me but thought maybe the email was sent by mistake or they wanted to reconsider?
Fast forward to the actual interview. The women I was set up with was completely unprofessional. She refused my handshake and was rude to me throughout the interview process, The entire interview felt like she was padding out a 45 minute break so she didn't have to deal with something.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DB Schenker (Surrey, BC)
Interview
Very basic, made you watch a video on safety and quizzed you on it after. If you got the wrong answer the interviewer would tell you the correct one and move one, in other words, weren't penalized for getting answers wrong. Very strict about being on time, so I suggest showing up at least 10 minutes before your interview.
