I am writing this review after attending two final interviews at Deutsche Bank.
The first interview was conducted at the Magarpatta office in March. After clearing the fitment round, HR informed me that I was selected. However, after waiting for almost two weeks and following up myself, I was later told that I had been rejected due to lesser knowledge of UNIX/Linux. Surprisingly, during the second technical round, not even a single question was asked related to UNIX or Linux.
Recently, I attended another final interview for an AI DevOps role. It was a panel interview with four panelists — one from the UK, two from Frankfurt, and one from Business Bay, Yerwada. It has now been more than three weeks, and despite multiple follow-ups, HR has neither provided positive nor negative feedback.
Candidates invest significant time and effort preparing for interviews, and at the very least, timely communication and closure should be provided. Such lack of response reflects highly unprofessional hiring coordination.
Hope this was the last time I appeared for a Deutsche Bank interview 😀
