Process goes from doing numerical thinking assessment (50 mcq questions) to having a day at the assessment centre (case study + QnA) and lastly a panel interview with 3-6 hiring managers including the HR and senior executives. Some of the questions asked in the panel interview are quite political per se but I guess they are just curious in how you take a firm stand.
