I got it to the interview for the graduate programme by referral. As far as i know, there will be an online screening test constituting of math and english comprehension questions to be sent to your email. I was told by HR that the passing mark was based on a percentage of 31% of the qns answered correctly. The test shouldnt be too hard, just keep practicing the sample qns until you get everything right. The math portion consists of statistics data and chartings and FX. The english portion consists of just english comprehension similar to GMAT. Upon passing the test, the first round of interview would be granted. The first round would be assessment by HR. If successful, the 2nd round follows, which will be a direct assessment by the department manager.
