Efficient. Spoke to 3 interviewers in a small room. One of them was a senior leader within the company. One of them was HR personnel and the other was one of the assessors from the assessment centre.

Started by completing online aptitude tests that consisted of an online learning indication, and predictive index assessment which was followed by a recorded interview. Interview asked three questions about yourself.
