The human manage contact me by the linkedIn at first, then we have phone talk to deal the time for interview. The duration of second interviewer is pretty comfortable, the interviewer also give the postive feedback for my behavior during the interview. The everything is done with gone, the HR didn't send any reponse or feedback in formal way until now.

Recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn saying they were impressed by my profile. So we agreed to have a call next day, but she didn't call me at all. Nevermind I was thinking, sometimes I also forget things. We rescheduled call to next day again. Plus point she used VoIP instead of phone calls. I shared my responsibilities in my current job, then she said they were looking for software engineer with strong Python skills. My profile had no mentions of Python at all! Time-wasting interview
