First interview with someone from the central office. Then, had an interview with school leadership (principal and department chair). Offered job on the spot - asked to role play teaching.

Phone interview with recruiter. The interview was about 30 minutes long. The interview started with the general, tell me about yourself question. After that the recruiter went over logistical information such as hours, a quick review of the position etc. The final part of the interview consisted of some scenario based questions, questions about your views and beliefs, how you work with others etc.
Recruiter left time at the end to answer questions and concerns and was very personable.

Standard. I got in touch with a recruiter "so I could hear more." It was a phone interview. I came in for a mock-lesson. You reflect on your practice and they ask standard interview questions.
