Interview
Complete the online application for Teachers. Then directly email each principal from the pool of open vacancies with interest. Each principal will contact you directly for a interview. After the interview is conducted if the principal will decide if they wish to hire you. After this is done you will get your offer letter from Human Resources and have to go to their central office in order to complete the registration offer.

How do you differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs?
Expect panel interviews and teacher modeling. Many DCPS teachers enter through a fellowship program. Others utilize district wide job fairs. Expect to interview with the personnel committee. Generally, if they approve you than you speak with the principal.
