I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DC Public Schools in July 2009
Interview
I applied online on the teachdc.org website, after about 3 weeks, a recruiter contacted me and interviewed me over the phone about the experience I had listed on my resume. Afterward, she told me that my resume would be forwarded to various principals who were at schools that she thought would be a good fit for me. She also said that I could begin contacting principals to arrange interviews, I took it upon myself to do so. The first interview I went on I was offered the job and I accepted.

Question 1
How do you differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs?
Expect panel interviews and teacher modeling. Many DCPS teachers enter through a fellowship program. Others utilize district wide job fairs. Expect to interview with the personnel committee. Generally, if they approve you than you speak with the principal.
