DC Scholars Public Charter School interview questions

Set up a phone interview after sending in my resume. She was three minutes late to the phone interview. And then when we were on the phone she was stuttering and didn't seem prepared. Also got distracted "by an incoming email." Also, made disparaging remarks about the neighborhood my current school is located in, calling it the hood. And referred to it as an outdated nickname as "murdapan." Anyways she cut my interview short because I wasn't an operations manager for an entire school but said it was grade level. Which it wasn't grade level because the grade is an actual school. Recommended Dean of Culture role for me even though I have no experience in being a Dean. Honestly if this interview was a sign for what was to come working at this school, I dodged a bullet. The most unprofessional interview experience I have ever had.

Common teacher interview process - Phone interview, zoom interview. Hiring process was very quick and the staff was very nice also. Everything was fast paced because the school year is about to begin.
