I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at DCG (Houston, TX) in Dec 2013
Interview
Was initially contacted through a hiring agency. They rescheduled my interview once and then the next day canceled it altogether because they did not think I would be a good fit in their words. I've never seen a company flip flop like this on a candidate. Normally I'd expect the company to at least follow through. Extremely unprofessional, but gives insight as to how the company operates.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DCG (San Antonio, TX) in July 2011
Interview
At the time of interview, a different office manager was here. I was promised 7 sick days upon permanent hire and 2 weeks of vacation upon my 1 year anniversary. There was really no process to speak of, she had already made up her mind prior to meeting me (based on scores submitted by the temp agency - which they acknowledged to skewing).

Question 1
