Normally I would have to do a phone interview prior to an in person interview but because DCM Services was my client while I was working at a temp agency I was able to skip that part. I was brought in for an in person interview where I meet with our CFO, VP of Operations, Director of Operations, Director of HR, and our HR Manager. They asked pretty standard questions on what I was going to do when I came in to meet their staffing needs.
