The process consists of a skype interview, coding challenge, onsite interview and a lunch with employees if you pass all stages thus far. The skype interview is pretty short, it's just an introductory talk with someone from DCMN's People department. The challenge is not too hard, but it's enough to showcase your coding skills. The onsite interview lasted for about an hour and a half and was conducted by one developer and the CTO. We talked about my experience, diving into technical questions as needed. Everyone involved was extremely friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable about the company. The team lunch was also chill. The whole process lasted about six weeks (during which I was away for a week... it also took me around 10 days to complete the challenge).
