Interview
I interviewed sometime in Last week of March 2018.
First round was HR , she called and asked about my interests and whether I am interested in taking the job and when I am available. This was for 15 minutes.
Second round was a phone interview for 30 mins.
Asked about primitive and non primitive data types, web services, REST and SOAP, difference between stack and heap( wrt memory), HTTP and its methods., difference between class and object, interfaces.
Final round was a webex interview with 3 different engineers one after the other for 30 mins each. Asked to design a vending machine, and a little bit about my projects, detailed technical questions related to my projects, interfaces, inheritance, java or C# questions, more web related questions, MVC, API's etc.
They are looking for someone with a lot of experience and someone who can handle tasks independently from day 1. They are expecting too much since they are a small company.
I answered everything but they were looking for someone with more experience in C# and Java.
Recruiter is slow at following up. Didn't respond to me after first round for almost a month!

Interview
I was contacted and asked whether I was interested in a position here and had a phone interview two days after. I was asked several questions about Java and how it worked. The interview lasted for around 45 min. I was the. Invited to a final round interview where I was interviewed by 3 people. Two of them interview me at first and asked me to design a vending machine to start off with. Then I was asked to solve a simple programming question. After which, they started adding in more restrictions to the same question. The next interview was more of a chat and the interviewer just asked me questions about my experience and whether I knew something’s or not. However, what really annoyed me was after the interview. I received no feedback as to whether I got the job or not and didn’t get a response after sending an email to inquire. Very unprofessional of a company to do such a thing. The salary that they offer is also very low for area.

Question 1
What’s the difference between pass by value and pass by reference?
I first went through a phone screen after submitting my application online, then I got invited to an onsite interview. Was offered a low salary despite the company being in a place with a high cost of living. I also had better offers.
