I had two levels of interview 1) Casual talk with HR to know the basic details and expectations
2) Tech interview where they ask about our hands-on experience. They want to know our exposure on various equipment. They also asked me to collect blood from a customer.

Interview
Hiring was immediate one. Simple and conventional way. easy and relaxed. Interviewed by the HOD and Head of the company in Trivandrum Region. No seperate HR interview for me. Procedure ended with in 30 mins. Salary discussion, job description all settled in this period itself. ( Note: I given interview during Covid period it might be a reason for short interview)
