It was only a one interview with COO and group HR Manager. It was pretty easy as the management just need someone to fit the position. Management lay down their expectation and job scope. A pretty informal and quick interview process. Got the job after one interview.....

3 times of Interview, struggling in salary negotiations, finally join and get caught to handled multi site by own transportation. First interview by HQ manager and satisfied him but the last interviewer local people getting worse after i've prepare my resign from previous employer. Found him are a nervous manager, sitting in his chair and getting a day dream.
