HR Interview: The interview was very easy with questions that anyone that has at least theoretical background in Project Management could answer. Technical interview: The interview was also easy concentrating again to SCRUM methodology. They show me that they have a big workload and organizational issues. It was a big risk for me to change job. I am not suggesting this company, at least for now.
