I initially found the opportunity on Indeed, and applied right away. I got called back within a week or so, and they asked me to come in on the Friday of that week. The initial interview was very laid back. It felt like more of a conversation rather than an interview! The HR rep I spoke with was very friendly. After the interview, I was sent an email with a link to a typing test. After all that, I got invited in for a secondary interview with the HR manager. It was a little more "traditional" in the sense that it was less conversational, but everyone I met was very friendly and very welcoming! Once I finished with that, I was contacted with a job offer about a week later.
