First, phone interview with HR and then there would be a on site interview for more detailed interview if you pass the phone interview. Overall the interview experience is ok and clear

it is a phone interview. The interviewer is ask some normal question like self introduction, what's your strength or weakness, What are your salary expection. Interviewer is kind of nice that not too much pressure to answer the questions.
