Hiring staff are quite friendly. Started off with an easy phone interview (asking why do you want to work here, how are your skills relevant, are you able to work on weekends, etc).
About 3 weeks before the actual assessment centre, you will be given a case/task to do. Be sure to do it because it seemed like everyone went prepared and ready to fire all their points away.
The assessment centre was easy overall, but rather comparative in nature. You have to stand out compared to the other candidates in order to get the job. Being the same as everyone else just doesn't cut it. It was a half-day assessment.
Tasks include group discussions and presentations, critiquing the best/worst candidate from other groups, exposing you to scenarios where you might face on the job (e.g. motivating an employee, taking on a leadership role but having your staff unconvinced by your skills in a project, etc).
It is an interview that really shows your character during the process so it's important to be yourself and it will be fine.
Did not get to the last stage.
