I applied online. I interviewed at DGI in Jan 2025
Interview
3 stages - call with HR manager, virtual interview with CRM manager and finally in-person interview with Head of Marketing and CRM manager, which included a presentation for a task they set. I found the interview process quite average and uninspiring, though everyone was friendly. Unfortunately I was rejected because other candidates had more experience, but when I asked for feedback about my presentation or interviews, I was ignored. When candidates spend time putting together a presentation for a task you've set, the very least you could do is give them feedback. Turned an average interview experience into a tainted process.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at DGI (Manchester City Centre, England)
Interview
Long and uninspiring with no passion or care or relevance. Interviewers were nervous themselves and a little distracted. The role focused more on want you know about them and little care was put into getting to know me
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DGI (Manchester, England) in July 2025
Interview
Received HR call and they asked about my visa status, location, brief job summary, and some other general questions. Then arranged a Teams call for 1hr with hiring manager but it last only 15 min. In that session he explained about company and asked some technical questions like Playwright, QA theories, projects I do. After 2 days they confirmed my 3rd interview which I had to go to Manchester for a face to face interview.
